General Notes For Placing International Orders |

- Recipients' full name, telephone number and address including a post code where applicable must always be supplied.
- A second choice of selection would avoid disappointments.
- Allow 4 hours notice for same day delivery.
- Allow at least 3 days notice on special holidays.
- Special requests such as dried flowers, novelty gifts, gourment baskets, chocolates, wine, soft toys, etc. may be available on request.
- Military bases orders are not guaranteed due to high security, always supply home telephone number and cell number.
- Hospitals do not always accept, bouquets or/and plant orders.
- Orders to hotels are only guaranteed to the reception desk.
